TTMAS Syllabus
What will I need to learn for my chosen style?
TTMAS Taekwondo:
A full syllabus will be provided for each student wishing to grade to their next belt. Each grading will be held in formal conditions in front of a panel of Senior Instructors.
Syllabus will cover the following
• Basic – Stances, blocking, striking, kicking.
• Combinations – Hands, feet, Hands & Feet.
• Patterns – Series of set techniques against imaginary attackers.
• One Step – Blocking, avoiding & countering.
• Self Defence
• Sparring – Semi Contact, Point Stop & Continuous.
This is just an example of what is required for each student to obtain their next grade.
TTMAS Kickboxing:
A full syllabus will be provided for each student wishing to grade to their next belt. Each grading will be held in formal conditions in front of Senior Instructors.
• Syllabus will cover the following
• Fitness. – Cardio & Anaerobic.
• Punching – Combinations based on Western Boxing.
• Kicking – Combinations based on TKD & Thai Boxing.
• Blocking
• Stretching – Static, Passive, Dynamic & Ballistic.
• Stick Work – Double Sticks based around FMA.
This is just an example of what is required for each student to obtain their next grade.
TTMAS Fitness Class:
No syllabus required for this class.
